Mquartz® owns 4 slabs production lines in Malaysia for quartz slabs, we manufacture standard size (120”x60” =3050x1520mm) and jumbo size (126”x63”=3200x1600mm) quartz slabs. Meanwhile, we also produce half slabs for Quartz Prefabs

The main quartz slabs we are producing are Marble Look Quartz Color Slabs, in which the Calacatta quartz slabs are taking much percentage. To ensure the quality and efficiency, we hire Chinese managers and key technicians who were working in the factories mainly for USA market. This leads to our Calacatta quartz slabs and countertops with best steady quality at competitive costs.

Mquartz® slabs and prefabs are of the following sizes:
3200x1600mm (126”x63”) jumbo size slabs (rough size is 127”x64”);
3000x1400/1500 (118”x55”/59”) standard size slabs;
2800x1400mm (110-1/4” x 55”) smaller big slabs;
prefabs with widths 26” (660mm),22”(559mm) for kitchen and bath tops;
Islands with widths 36”(914mm), 39”(991mm), 42”(1067mm), 52”(1321mm).

The quartz slabs thickness we manufacture have standard 20mm (3/4”), 30mm (1-1/4”); meanwhile we produce thickness 12mm (1/2”) and 15mm (5/8”) for special using like splashes.Calacatta Quartz Slabs are of thickness 20mm (3/4”), 30mm (1-1/4”) only !

For quartz slabs’ packing and loading to USA, we generally pack (taking 55 sqft a slab as example 3200x1600mm -126”x63”):
7 bundles per container;
7 slabs 3cm per bundle, 10-11 slabs 2cm per bundle;
49 slabs 3cm per 20ft container, 70-77 slabs 2cm per 20ft container.
*Slabs quantity could be more sending to East Coast of USA (like 70 slabs 3cm and 100 slabs 2cm).

For many Calacatta quartz slabs, we ship the book matched slabs to clients for wide usage possibilities –wall coverings and countertops that may require.

We also support clients’ stickers and marks on the slabs.
